Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue affecting email and Slack evidence requests in the platform. \

By default, the links included in Anecdotes' evidence request emails and Slacks are valid for 48 hours.

If a user tries to open the link after the 48 hour window, a new link gets sent. For up to 90 days after the due date of the evidence request, that new link should get sent.

Right now, those emails and Slack messages with the new links are not automatically generated.

To work around this issue as we work toward a fix, please click "ping task assignee" for any evidence requests where the recipient has reported an invalid link. This will generate the message manually.
